Peccary is right in what he has said. It is as it is - by ruling.
But.
The 'contradiction' of his post goes against these Boards having a 'Theme' Title.
So going by Peccary's post, each Board should be called whatever the Moderator wishes to call it, maybe like 'Peccary's Board of Personal whims' because of what the rules as Peccary has just provided - give allowance to.

This is the flaw of the whole matter. The Theme Titles of the Boards and Peccary's provision of the rules regarding Moderation of these Boards. It's a case of "Take a seat, but sit on the floor."

So you will get Moderators who take liberty and exploit the Board they Moderate to.
While others who stick to the Board's priority over their own.

You could say, Peccary is goes against the "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should"
