I liked him (he died of some vicious cancer) but he had some issues. Last photo of him showed the lines of suffering in his face (as did Annie’s face BTW.)

I like Australian Rural and Country Music.
Just not that Tamworth crap that is a hand-me-down version of Nashville and other American Country musics.
Hell, Tamworth is a 'town' and not really a place of 'country' as in the wilds of the bush.
Anyway, the likes of Gurramul (spell?) brings a more bonded feel to the country (land) than anything Whites can bring to the table. When an Abo sings of the 'country' - you know its the real deal.

Never thought much of him anyway.... stars have a very small pool to pick from.... hard to find someone who isn't an adorer. or just follows the image, and all that ...generally they end up with someone who is sort of successful in some similar field, and you all know a lot of those have problems of this kind. You know how many of them die young or young-ish.

I reckon the luckiest is George Clooney - his activist wife and he seem a well matched couple.

I've worked out my platform for standing for council here - dump all the fancy extras BS and get on with the badly needed road repairs and upgrades first - look at homelessness - adequate shelters somewhere - some upgrades to places nearly inaccessible for disabled people who would love to visit them ... bigger, wider disabled spots so people can swing open their car doors to get out and more of them .. right to use the internet pickup areas outside Coles and Woolies for unloading disability equipment since they are almost always empty anyway and are well endowed and wide enough for a truck ... enforce disability parking fully ...bit of smarts when designing barbie sites along the foreshore, with a separate food prep area - use it and then leave it for someone else instead of staking out the whole bloody lot for your family reunion... do something to actually draw the tourists to the good spots and stop 'beautifying' the country slums that will never look good anyway and where nobody goes for a holiday anyway ... fix that bloody roundabout so the huge traffic can get through instead of banking up to the bloody highway.... few overtaking lanes so people can get past the codgers in the 100 zones instead of being stuck for miles... negotiate with the state to get that stupid 100kph zone on the highway upgraded to 110 so people aren't all being monstered by trucks doing 104 all the bloody time and speed up only to cop a fine...

Heeey - what's all this criticism of my absence? I've been busy as hell with doctors and stuff for two people and also fighting with the bank and holding youse clowns together while you blue and carry on, and taming the school kids who've invaded another forum I use... little pricks talk to one another and get together to target real users and vanish like a snowflake in the desert when school's in... most of 'em screech nonsense about 'transgenderism' like Leftie used to (he went down over Beyinger-Schweinbag after being hit by a Super Stealth Glitch designed and built by Grappler Industries.... he was such a great coder and made so much money doing that, that he couldn't work it out... must do his coding with a thumb-nail dipped in tar like his thinking) ....) ... anyway - I'm busy...
