Biden should have been charged too.

The whole thing is political -
there should be a separation of powers in a proper democracy.

He's been charged with the ones he kept on the ballroom stage, after being requested nicely, subpoenaed, telling his lawyers he handed them back, lied to the FBI, then tried to wipe the security footage.
