"Henceforth" (or "henceforth") means from this time forward, from now on, or starting now, and it's a formal word used in legal, official, or literary contexts to indicate a change that begins immediately and continues indefinitely. It combines "hence" (because of this/from here) and "forth" (forward).

That means I can post in Defence now.
