People don't just cough and sneeze on the area your mask covers ie your mouth and nose. They'll cough and sneeze on your groceries, clothes, arms, skin, hair etc. A mask isn't going to save you.

have the courtesy to wear a mask it might help a lot.

It seems that is too much to ask of the inconsiderate, selfish bastards.
I bet it's the same in Sydney?

You can't go to the pubs on Saturday night as they turn into blood baths and
the streets are full of cars and motorbikes racing around most nights
at more than double the speed limit making lots of noise.
The shopping centers are full of people with tattoos and
germ infested animals sneezing and coughing over the top of you.
You really need to get out more and see the real world.
Maybe try your Western suburbs?

Maybe this might motivate our useless Federal and State governments to do something about Covid. After all... it's about the economy and money and that's all they're interested in?

But I doubt it... especially if it involves making people wear masks again (government is afraid of the 'cooker' backlash, not to mention the backlash from business - see my signature).

Last I heard some lawyers were supposed to be looking into this but I'm sure that our pathetic Federal and State governments will have found a way to 'safely' ignore it already. After all, Australia has prior 'form' in ignoring Covenants and other international treaties, etc. when it suits them... the treatment of refugees is a classic example.

It's been almost a generation since the explosion of easy access to information and, particularly, the online economy.

What was thought in the 90s would lead to a utopia has, in terms of a mental health crisis, become a dystopia - as it was always destined to become.
