Heart rate looks about normal. Mine has always been on the low side due to sport, fitness level while young. My resting rate is typically in the 50's. A little higher would be good but since it isn't a change it has always been like that it isn't an issue.

Your high rate should be a lot higher but this is only one sample, it likely is normally higher.

I think my Garmin was misreading for that hiit. Occasional I'll be going flat out and it's only showing 100 and it needs a reboot. For a decent hiit I'll get up to about 150. My resting HR is also about high 40s to mid 50s.

I parked the car in the sun for a few hours then tuned the heater on and got in, it was up to 55deg. Car 5 mins 5 mins flat out on the assault bike Took BP 135/73 Car 5 mins 5 more mins on the assault bike Took BP 144/76 Cold plunge @3deg for 6 mins Final BP, back to normal 113/73
