Peoples who are most uncomfortable with Jews viewing their history in a broader context are not Arabs so much as Europeans.
The reason the establishment of the state of Israel happened in the first place is a direct result of European sustained determination to exterminate them throughout their history in Europe for 2000 years.
Hence, the eccentric European claim that 'Israel has a right to exist'. The same is not said about the nation-state claims made by Basques, Catalans, Bretons, Kurds, or ethnic groups across Asia and throughout the world.
Broadbrush, simplistic bollocks.
There was no 'European sustained determination to exterminate the Jews' throughout 2000 years of history.
England had a Jewish PM 200 years ago. Holland, England, Europe absorbed Jews expelled by the Spanish 400 years ago. Sweden permitted Jews to settle there 300 years ago and that is where the Danes smuggled most of their Jews during the Nazi occupation.
As for Muslim Arabs, It is God's will that they exterminate the Jews and then establish the Ummah. There is no comparable 'European' or Christian word of god or parliament.
Gay bitchery again, there Agatha Frank (they/them).
Even Netanyahu referred to the European Blood Libel recently.
Elie Wiesel had a calendar with every day marked as a day that memorialised a persecution/ pogrom against Jews by Europeans across history.
And, Muslim Arabs don't say it is Allah's will to do anything. No Muslim presumes to know what Allah wills. What they would say is that if it is Allah's will, then Israel will cease to exist.
