Aside from the figures having been provided by Hamas and Gazans afraid of them, how does the Pan-Arab/Pan-Islamic/Free Palestine movements feel about the 11 innocent athletes in 1972, the helpless man in a wheelchair in 1985 and the nightclub largely full of teenage girls in 2001?
How do you feel about the thousands of innocent civilians who the Israelis have murdered in their various pogroms in Palestine? There have been casualties on both sides of conflict, perhaps it's time for the Israelis to listen to the Palestinians demands? Tsk, tsk, tsk...
There have be at least
six two-state solution offers put to the Palestinians. The rejected all of them.
Instead, they started/instigated a number of wars and intifadas. Currently they are globalising the intifada after they conducted the biggest and deadliest pogrom in 2023.
They didnt form a Palestinian state out of the WB and Gaza when these territories were under Muslim control before 1967 with zero Jewish setlers.
Instead, they got themselves expelled from Jordan and Lebanon, for being insuferable, ungrateful pains in the collective Arab arse. Egypt even built a 'big, beautiful fence' to keep the buggers out.
When given a chance to self-govern, they went for Hamas, the party that wants to eliminate Israel.
There is no 'two sides' here. Thee may have been two sides 20-30-50 years ago. Not now. Hamas is not a side. The elimination of Hamas is a necessary, although in itself not a sufficient, prelude to peace and coexistence.
