The Israeli visitors were sent by Israel's government to tout for Australian dollars to spend on war machines, weapons, and munitions to increase the numbers of murdered Palestinians above its current level of 20,000+.

Money in the bank.

Israel treats Palestinian hostages it holds as a prisoner bank. They round up innocent Palestinians without cause and imprison them to use them in hostage trades.
