There are indeed such towns and the One Way signs are very confusing to the locals. They're not sure whether they're coming or going, especially when some wag turns the signs around at the half way point... a simple thing like - "I'm just ducking down to the pub down the road for a drink with the boys" ... becomes a rent-a-chopper thing. Plan B.....

I doubt Larry is a real graduate. Supposedly in Ancient and Modern greek, the subjects he says he has studied don’t seem to relate to his degree so I think I smell the smell of ripe old bullshit.
