Will the member for higgins keep hoarding property
Sep 15th, 2023 at 7:00pm

Heard her in parliament in question time the other day talking up the 30,000 measly properties over 5 years that labor will attempt to create. The question is will that stop the 4ft streak of duckshit from using generous tax concessions to steal these properties from desperate aussies just trying to own one property for themselves ??

What do people think ?? Once a property hoarder always a property hoarder ??

But she is the voice of the working class. That's what matters.

7 properties.

According to the Register of Members interests, the Higgins MP owns four joint holding properties with her spouse and a further three are registered under her husband’s name.

She reassured viewers that she rented out her properties, with 40 per cent of voters in her Melbourne inner-south east electorate renting their homes.

She is 50.

Ananda-Rajah was born in London to Tamil parents who had fled from Sri Lanka in the early 1970s prior to the Sri Lankan Civil War.[5] She lived in Zambia for 11 years until she moved to Australia as a child.[5] Ananda-Rajah became an Australian citizen in 1996. She renounced her British citizenship in 2021.[1]

Ananda-Rajah achieved her bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS) in 1997 and her PhD in 2014 from the University of Sydney.

She's been here for about 40 years, is a medical doctor as well as a PhD,  has 7 properties and is an MP.  Working class hero.

Abos have been here for 20 thousand years and those who stuck to their "culture" have achieved - what?

Should people that use negative gearing, be limited to one investment property?.  This question was asked on Q and A.   Seems like most people think yes.  This is another idea of the Greens.  Think I will vote for Greens at the next federal election.   Smiley

Stupid idea.

Change the tax incentives to building new homes, boosting supply. Greens never have the right idea—ownership limits are easily avoided.

Good luck to the Greens leader, but now because there is a housing crisis.  Should negative gearing be limited, to one investment property?.   Sad

No, incentives should be directed to the building of more homes.

Too bad the green neoliberals don’t want solutions, just grandstanding.

Well - negative gearing has yet to show the advertised results.... so it's time for a new approach....

One investment then no more investing in a losing proposition and then expecting concessional capital gains as well....  FFS (as mothra would say)...

At what point - pray tell - do these people CEASE to enjoy negative gearing when they are permitted to just grab another property once their current one becomes profitable?  Just an escalating market out of the reach of the common herd - again?  Never turn a profit for tax but live off the fattest in the land ...  FFS (as mothra would say)....

This is a nonsense.... burn ' em all out....
