Ever have to repaint Housing Commission houses that are full of residual Ice, Amphetamine, etc contamination? Or any house that has been contaminated by Junkies?
The contamination levels are 'effectively' high and can cause leukemia and other nasty effects upon people with the first year of occupation. The residual contamination resides in the walls and ceilings like invisible radiation would.
Basically these contaminated houses should be demolished with treatment no different to treating asbestos contamination.

Regarding Housing Commission that have had such junkies in preoccupation - they just get painted over again to 'look' less harmful.
