That is precisely why all funding should be carefully monitored and a real plebiscite of all those involved taken - so as to ensure as much as possible in The Land Of The Fist, that a fair approach for all is made.

Like all these things - it is supposed to help the Aborigines and governments get to grips with issues - and the money is so often waylaid.

"Which reminds me, fellow travelers along the Road to Perdition.... there's always a big fuss and to-do about any filthy, low-down, conniving Gypo getting into the rivers of government gold flowing from Canberra for 'social engineering' projects and the like... some Turdsuken tribesman can get his hands on plenty for NDIS childcare for disabled kids money... and so forth... and when caught... the roof caves in!!

On the other hand, when a politician's spouse or similar gets hands into some river of gold flowing from Cambra (Grand Theft Capital of Australia)  ... or a filthy little rat weasel steals well over $230 Bn and climbing through cunning investment that benefits only his mates.... or some filthy low-life Nazi's son from Europe buys into privatised roads his own government is 'creating' out of public roads.... scarcely a ripple disturbs the sleeping pond...

You all just doze on and imagine you are some fearless warriors defending poor little Hamas murderers... and similar... you'd rather pitch your tents, dig your trenches and fight for some 'right' to carve up healthy kids than actually look at what is killing your... and MY... country.

Charity.... justice, Right which must be done though the Heavens fall.... begins at home... you slick tear leakers all over the planet are just sucking the life out of Australia and its REAL people.

I guess I'll just have to leave you to it... got a wall to finish and a lot of travel for the Eld Gel's doctors coming up..."

Sacked Cape York Land Council CEO Dion Creek faces fraud charges amid review of World Heritage listing

Former Cape York Land Council chief executive Dion Reece Creek, 39, has been charged with 38 counts of fraud, stealing, computer hacking and making false declarations relating to his two years running the influential native title organisation.

Mr Creek oversaw the $1.2m, taxpayer-funded consultation process with traditional owners that paved the way for thousands of square kilometres of Cape York to be elevated to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List in June last year.

The proposed World Heritage listing was quietly resurrected in 2023 by the then state and federal Labor governments.

A previous push for World Heritage listing on the far north Queensland peninsula was abandoned a decade ago after local Indigenous leaders raised concerns that the accompanying introduction of new environmental and cultural protections would stifle economic development.

So simply appointing unelected aborigines to government-established institutions so they can "represent" aborigines just results in fraud? Why do we keep trying to do this and thinking the outcome will be any different?

So only racist people think it is a bad idea to keep doing the exact same thing with the expectation of a different result?

Questioning the appointment of incompetent Abos is wacist.

The Sacred Khefre cannot be corrupt or a criminal.... their people are not criminals by nature.... corruption and theft as a servant are white man's things imposed on them in return for using white man's money and such ..... you can't expect any self-respecting Khefre to understand that, let alone accept that subtle domination and culturalisation away from his/her 'culture' ..... it's a form of theft of their sacred right to simply hunt and gather them dollars for themselves and their immediates first!!

And don't go pulling that 'nepotism' thing - that's even worse being an Ancient Egyptian thing... talk about imposing cultural and ethical values in use thousands of years ago .....

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin                                                      Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin                                                      Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin     would YOU consider more than one of those people in the NAIDOC week ad to be Aboriginal?  All but one are about 85% at least white... just like that 'Elder' down Victoria way who owns a farm the white man's way, has a great-grandparent or something half-Khefre, and whose missus is an MP or something.... FFS .....
