Nah. they've made that profit largely by convincing the gawd fearing sort to buy extra tickets for believers/ That's why the theatres are sold out but they're partially empty.

I've seen a number of youtubes on this site claiming censorship of screenings of this movie because there were technical faults in a few cinemas ... of all of the gazillion cinemas across the US.

These people are crazy. Both the posters of such lunacy and those who disseminate it.

This film has Mel Gibson's official Seal of Approval! Not only that, Mel found "many hidden clues" in the movie about the "global elite pedophiles" and the "baby blood-drinking Democrats" along with images of "Hunter Biden abusing children" and proof of the guilt of the Biden Crime Family.

On censorship, the ABC censors footage every day. They say: "We have chosen not to show (fill in here one of these ... the crash ... the dead bodies ... the shooting)"

They are deciding for us, what we should see, and what we should not see

Just as well they don't run the Judicial system, witnesses would be banned from recounting horrific details of crimes, and any iPhone footage vital to the court would be confiscated

And just to clarify, once again: this thread has nothing to do with censorship - the film isn't being shown in Australia because it hasn't been released here yet.

It's on a staggered release schedule around the world, just as many other films usually are.
