This should result in withdrawal of this bastard's
Australian passport, plus a one-way ticket back to
Libya. We really need to start deporting these

judiciary is far too lenient.

Really, only 4½ year for rape!

In Victoria (where the rape was committed) sexual
offences include rape, which is set out in Section 38
and carries a maximum penalty of 25 years imprisonment.

The "standard" sentence for rape is 10 years. Sexual
assault, which is set out in section 40, consists of
intentional sexual touching (without penetration) without
consent. It also carries a maximum penalty of 10 years.

—The DPP needs to appeal this manifestly inadequate sentence.

Had the Judge ordered deportation, that's what would have happened regardless of the length of sentence

But unfortunately for Australia, the Libyan Yuk will still be hanging around like a bad smell stalking young women, after the 4 1/2 years sentence

Just another reminder why I'd never contemplate voting for those shady undemocratic good-for-nothing creeps

It's a satisfying feeling when you step out of the flow of lemmings walking over the cliff

I found that the sky still stays up, and the planet keeps spinning when you vote for someone else or not at all, $55 is not that much every three years, voting is not a right, it's an order from the top

You're voting for their undemocratic bi-partisan policies that they say they'll never discuss with the electorate ... so what's the use of voting?, they're just scammers, they take your money and do what they like with it, and then tell us it's a democracy we live in

And you people were having a sook about supply for groceries not being met, or people not working picking fruit, etc., during the lockdown period. Our population actually went down, because we did not have the migrant numbers to expand our population. With that period of no immigration now over, you want to tell us that hospitals and schools and roads are all insufficient? Not in major cities, I guess you mean. Because you had a good couple of years to relieve the population pressure. And most funding in Australia is concentrated in the major cities.
