Explain what? How the courts work was explained in primary school. High court when ruling on constitutional law, always takes into account the intention of the law when making a decision

This is how the government, and the various aboriginal representatives they have already appointed, have convinced regional communities they are going to magically stop children being raped, wives being beating and killed, deaths in custody, discrimination etc.

It is naive and intellectually lazy.
