The only stupidity going on there is Boris' endless need to have his allegations of cannibalism validated by other members

Validation? Providing proof for your allegations is not, nor will it ever be, seeking validation.

You can get validation for some unfounded allegation, when other people believe you.

It's not about my beliefs. You make a claim, prove it. Otherwise stop pretending you have a clue

The issue here is that Boris has tried the loading tactic, in possible hopes that people give in and tell him that they believe him, just to get him to shut up.

There is also a bit of "shotgun strategising", with Boris making broad varying claims, hoping that he can provoke someone into entertaining the subject and giving Boris some credibility/validation.

It is all about how we respond to him.

No, Boris has tried the deflecting tactic, always carrying on about something else when asked to provide evidence, or claiming someone else said something, all without ever addressing the actual comment he was asked to support. He should either support his comments ,or admit he dreamed it all up

With membership declining it is up to members to make critiques of the way this place is run.

Bam is another member who no longer posts here yet was very active only a little while ago.

Phemanderac
Sad Kangaroo
Barnacle
Bam
SprintCyclist

All have stopped posting here.

Immediate solution:

Hide the Aboriginal anc Coronavirus boards, they have brought out the worst of people and the antivax nonsense has turned off good members. I have not read the Aboriginal board but can imagine the ignorance proudly displayed, the racism and the rampant stupidity.

Appoint some new GMods.

Examine the MRBs, some could probably be done away with or merged, a couple boards have a suitable Mod appointed and Environment desperately needs a new Mod, one that posts using scientific papers etc to discuss environment and maybe arrest the dive of OzPol’s SEO rating.

Bam's default action was to attack the person rather than argue a point.

Sprintcyclist comes and goes 'consistently' like El Nino/Nina.
He'll always be around.

Sad Kangaroo was around a lot when It_is_the_Light was around a lot - both enjoying their 'duel' until 'Light' lost a bet and left for good like a sore loser.
Since then - life in the 'Fringe' where SK mods has been quiet even if all things Fringe has become popular again under Biden's term.

Barnacle is getting older and doesn't post as much, but he'll still pop in at times.

Bam will pop in from time to time I'm sure and Phermanderac - well, I don't think I can remember when he/she has posted?

You can deflect during a loading tactic. I agree with you. Boris needs to do more than just posting randomness without any verifiable evidence.

True. It's becoming as pathetic as Peccary with his Trump rubbish "Trump is crap because of his sex life" but nothing on his politics.  Roll Eyes
