Yet even in this state Biden but the failed x president down and easily out performed him in office.

Though it isn't much of an achievement to beat the worst president in over a century.

It explains why Joe slurs his speech as though he's drunk.
It also explains his failures as president.

Joe has had a speech impediment since he was a child. You are once again fixated on a nothing burger. Biden had an aneurism 35 years ago, he has been fine ever since.
