From sea to shining sea to let freedom ring?

That's from the big fella's wall-building speech, Bobby.

He wanted a moat from coast to shining coast filled with alligators and poisonous snakes, remember?

Freeeeeeddom, innit.

What about the wall?

You mean the useless rusty fence that Mexico didn't build ?

You know that the US mexico border is a bit over 3,000 KLM and Trump built almost 84KLM of fence ? There was over 1,000 klm of fencing already in place.

Previous Presidents authorised more fence than Trump, Including Obama who built more fence than Trump.

As long as it kept a few more murderers, rapists and drug dealers
out of the USA it was good.

They come by plane, Booby.

...

The wall would have to be pretty high to stop them.

It's only a prediction based on reality.
Only 1 jury member has to say - not guilty - and Trump walks.

Who says he's going to trial?

The conservative estimate seems to be that over 90% of cases end in guilty pleas. The United States Courts website estimates that more than 90% of federal cases resolve this way. A 2012 New York Times article reported that 97% of federal cases and 94% of state cases end via plea bargain. (See State vs. Federal Prosecution.)

But then again Booby, if Defendant Trump does go to trial, consider this:

After a five-week trial in the Trump Org case, a jury convicted the Trump companies on all 17 felony charges and the judge imposed a $1.6 million fine.

That case was held in the same courthouse where Trump is expected to be tried in the hush money case, and was overseen by the same judge.

A few more are needed for him to win an election, though, Bobby.  I'll take that as an admission you won't accept a bet, funny that.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Joe says he doesn't stand a chance with a New York jury, Bobby. It'll be a trial by judge or a plea bargain and no trial at all.

Word is, he plans to rat up. The big fella wants to name names.

Look, he's prepared to give up the staffers who collaborated with Russia, he's got dirt on Sloppy Steve, Mike Flynn, Roger Stone and Rudy - definitely Rudy.

If they're interested, he might know who took out Jeff Epstein. Just saying.

He'll throw in Jared and Ivanka for a quiet upstate correctional centre. If he has to do time in Metropolitan, the deal's off, okay?

That was bad luck, Greggery. He had shocking lawyers on that one. Joe plans to rule the Trump Org finding inadmissible as Mr Trump had other stuff on his mind when he ran the company - judging Miss Universe, appearances on the Apprentice, various celebrity events, running for prez, etc.

Joe knows it's a long shot, but if they get a celebrity judge it could work.

Judge Judy or Jeanine Pirro might get the gig, you never know.

Look, Joe's trying to keep the big fella's spirits up, okay? If the big fella goes back into shock, they've lost this one before they've even started.

Trump's best shot is to back Rhonda for President in exchange for a pardon. and take a plea on the state stuff.

The one protester that turned up was considering it.

What else does anybody expect? Another Trump run? Another Trump term?

A stud like the big fella spending four more boring years in the Oval Office flushing documents and binge-posting on Truth Social? Come come. He'll be pushing 78 when be gets in. He'll be lucky to fit in his golf cart, never mind the bullet proof vest he wears for his speeches.

He's got no plans aside from getting back the leftards and repaying his debt to Putin. His only ambition on the domestic front is to lock up Hunter Biden.

He can't even play a straight, mediocre campaign. He's got Meatball Ron outflanking him on the gun-toting, anti-vaxer right, hoovering up both the nutcase vote and the Fox viewers. Ron's getting all the big money and the nod from Rupert, it's so unfair.

The big fella's not going back, and he knows it. He'll plea on the state charges and push for a pardon on the feds.

Just so, as every schoolboy knows.
