'The rules allow pilots to enter NYC airspace below 1,100 feet. The FAA does not require low-level flights have a special clearance or flight plan'.
The Kremlin has anounced a gift of a gold-plated statue of DJT to be placed on top of Trump Tower which is 600ft tall. The 400ft statue should be OK with 24/7 red white and blue lights and explosive armour for security .

No it is possible - there are a couple of decision that could see Trump get off on a technicality, unlikely but possible.

The Document theft and associated crimes like obstruction etc look to be open and shut (throw away the key). The most serious is the insurrection and I don't see an out on that one either.

'Experts' were assuring everyone that the laptop was a Russian hoax and disinformation, that Trump was a Russian agent etc. All the while Hunter is paid by the Chinese and the Ukrainians with the 'big guy' Joe getting 10% and the laptop is with the FBI and nd is not a hoax.
