Defendents either prove themselves innocent or prosecutors fail to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Manhattan grand jury has already signed off on the lack of doubt, dear. The facts are in the can. Your Dear Leader has an incredibly high burden of proof to overcome.

My guess is he'll plea down and squeal like a pig. What's yours?

Turns out it wasn't Hugo Chavez flicking the switch after all, leftards, it was the lawyers at Fox.

Dear Leader's real beef with the 2020 election was Tucker Carlson pulling his story on the Hunter Biden "laptop from hell." That cost us dearly.

It cost the big fella 17% of the vote when he only needed 16.9. But it wasn't really a vote for him, it was a vote for all of us. He really means that.

Because he's the only politician prepared to stand up to them, which means standing up for all of us. You know what he's saying, you know.
