Pope Francis on Deathbed?
Mar 30th, 2023 at 9:18pm

Pope Francis has a respiratory infection and will need to spend "a few
days" in hospital for treatment, according to a Vatican statement.

Francis had complained about breathing difficulties in recent days.

Earlier, he attended his weekly general audience at the Vatican and had
appeared in good health.   He was due to preside over a Palm Sunday
service on 2 April, the start of a week of Easter ceremonies.

This of course raise two obvious questions in my mind:  Why has his
purported all-powerful god let him suffer this additional illness on top
of an intestinal disorder and dodgy knees?   And why cannot his god heal
him now?

After all, Francis is his god's leading salesman on planet earth.     Cheesy

Why did God leave him with only one functioning lung?

Seems like a sh!t God, if you ask me.

He should have skipped hospital and prayed for health. He is undermining his religion by seeking medical help.

This will no doubt be another case of ABC*

Anyway, I hope Pope Francis is OK and makes a full recovery.

He’s pushing 87 ffs! Isn’t he allowed to die of old age?

Besides that ... older people get sicker far more easily. So if he gets sick and does die then he probably won’t be the first or the last to go at 87.

That's true.

Queen Elizabeth II is a good example when she passed away last year. She was 96.

However, a lot of people suspect she was also a 'victim' of ABC (which she never fully recovered from after Charles inadvertently gave it to her earlier in the year).

I heard today that you were dying. Fortunately you were not recovering.  Hahahahahaha, how clever are you?

You are a complete pompous provincial idiot. Just stupid and lacking any perspective.

In February 2019, pope Francis failed to promise a “zero tolerance”
approach to paedophile priests and the bishops who cover up their
crimes
as he closed a landmark summit at the Vatican.  But a significant
part of the his closing speech focussed on the prevalence of child abuse
across society.

“Our work has made us realise once again that the gravity of the scourge
of the sexual abuse of minors is, and historically has been, a widespread
phenomenon in all cultures and societies,” he said. “I am reminded of the
cruel religious practice, once widespread in certain cultures, of sacrificing
human beings—frequently children—in pagan rites.”

However his speech failed to reflect the concrete action that survivors of
sex abuse were hoping for.  Bishop Accountability, which tracks clergy sex
abuse cases, described the speech as “recycled rhetoric”.

“The pope has undone the tiny bit of progress that possibly was achieved
this week.    He was defensive, rationalising that abuse happens in all
sectors of society.   Ironically and sadly, he exhibited no responsibility, no
accountability and no transparency”  Bishop Accountability said.

A 2016 report says pope Francis asked Cardinal Vincent Nichols—head of
the Roman Catholic church in England—to stay on, despite a report that
criticised the cardinal's leadership.     The findings were clear as water.
The church was prioritising its reputation over protecting children and the
Pope looked the other way
.    Worse, it was not a one-off case.

Even after a decade in the job, Filthy Franky refuses to acknowledge that
he and the Catholic church have turned a blind eye to cases of clerical
paedophilia for years.

Pope John Paul II turned a blind eye to the paedophiles in the Church and just smiled for the Media to get his 'People's Pope' award.

Pope Benedict worked hard at cleansing the Church of Spiders and was accused by the Media of being a NAZI, racist, etc.
The Church forced him to retire stating he was ruining the Church's image in the eyes of the Media.

Pope Francis (a Jesuit - which becoming a Pope, goes against all that means to be a Jesuit) - was put in and told to turn a blind eye. At least he didn't smile for the cameras though.

Media/Paedophiles in Church?

I am sorry, Francis. The church deserves this.
