Berkeley Earth High Resolution data now out

Berkeley Earth has released a beta version of our new High-Resolution Temperature Data Set, taking our existing temperature data products to 0.25° x 0.25° of spatial resolution. Representing the highest resolution of any instrumental data set available, we are now able to offer gridded data subsets for over 8,000 global cities, as well as gridded and time-series products for every country on Earth. All of Berkeley Earth's temperature data products are available via the link below.

Yeah BEST gives an error message for Land Only beta dataset.

But from Carbon Brief their old one

Shows over 2C of warming. Roll Eyes

Their new combined dataset goes from -0.801C to +0.963C for a combined change of 1.764C. So that's still more than the dreaded 1.5C Roll Eyes
