(paying hush money is not a crime)

Not a single person on the planet said it was.  Try to keep up.

aquascoot wrote on Mar 21st, 2023 at 1:58pm:
so this george soros funded DA is going after him for "poor record keeping" . a misdemeanour,

Still a criminal offence though.  A crime.

Moreover, his lawyer went to prison for the same crime.

The crime involved two people, and one of them has already been convicted and sent to prison.

Why should the other criminal be given a free pass?

I'm curious.

Trump committed a crime too.

He is part of those crime statistics.

aqua seems to (mistakenly/ignorantly) believe that a misdemeanour isn't actually a crime.

How funny is that?

aquascoot's argument is: "When lots of crime is happening, the people committing the lesser crimes should be allowed to get away with them".

What sort of dope "thinks" like that?  Seriously.

Oh, I see. So Dear Leader disclosed these erection funds as legal expenses, did he?

Where?

Why did he not disclose them as hush-money payments? After all, he ensured Stormy promise to keep mum. He even sued her for blabbing. He even bought her story back off the National Enquirer.

Now, when you've answered that, dear, kindly show us all how Soros funds the New York Attorney General's Office. This will back up your virtuous claim with honour, integrity and truth.

I do find honesty a far more valuable quality than virtue signalling.

You?

No no, Aquascoot's saying it's not a crime when Mr Trump does it, that's all.

And those who say it is are mean, nasty, so unfair and have TDS. After all, Mr Trump's the victim here.

If you had any virtue, you'd be going after Bill, the old dog. He borrowed Epstein's private jet to dig wells for the pygmies.

So mean, nasty, unfair and deranged, no?

No need to read it - we've seen his word salads many times before in lots of other threads... he just rearranges the words from time to time.

you are probably correct.

if you have lived your whole life risking nothing and interested only in safety and 'lingering", then it would possibly cause your brain to explode if you were to contemplate just how much you gave up in terms of joy and passion to worship at the altar of comfort and safety.

its too late now.
you have too much "sunk costs"

carry on lingering

the criminal justice process should not be that we single out an individual and then take a fine tooth comb to see if we can pin something on him.

thats clearly what the soros funded DA is doing.

it should back fire.

Trumps co accused was convicted and imprisoned on this same charge. The crime was committed for Trumps benefit.

Can you show how Bragg was funded by Soros ?

Can you justify why Brags first action when elected was to choose to not charge Trump on the case being investigated at that time. The case was so solid that 2 prosecutors resigned in response.

The real question here and in other cases is: Should an x president be beyond the law or do the laws apply equally to everyone as specified in the US constitution. (Equal treatment clause of the 14th amendment).

Nobody has argued that Trump is innocent of anything, it is all boo hoo boo hoo how dare you treat this criminal like a criminal.

Trump could have avoided all of this simply by choosing to not break the law, about a hundred times..

Note : Bragg is mentioned. Very close to $1 million worth of Soros money.

ron is onto them

he calls him the george soros funded da about 10 times.

ron will be loving this.

as real america wakes up to a local crimewave about which the DA does nothing.
whilst pursuing trump on a technicality

why is ron so astute.

why are the dems such morons

Lol   Grin

This is a nightmare for Meatball Ron.

If Donald The Alleged Child Rapist is arrested, it will give him a boost in the GOP primaries.

Meatball Ron will fall further behind in his (futile) bid for the White House.

You really should pay attention to what's going on.

Your Dear Leader plays it pretty safe with his sexual encounters, dear. He gets his lawyers onto them.

How would a true Alpha, a "noble capitalist", he on the "narrow road to success" manage his fillies?

Let's do this as a multiple choice, shall we?

a) Grope them by the pussy, go for a kiss and let it rip. Sure he fucked her. An Alpha's job is to spread his DNA.

b) Slap her around a bit to keep her in line. Own it. Be a man. Got a problem with that?

c) Pay her off, get her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, pay off the rag she blabbed to and brush the whole mess under the carpet. Belt and braces. Safety first, no?
