"A New York state appeals court has upheld an order finding Donald Trump in civil contempt for having failed to comply with a subpoena from New York Attorney-General Letitia James in her probe of his business practices."

"In a 5-0 decision, the Appellate Division in Manhattan said Ms James had established by "clear and convincing evidence" that Mr Trump's response to the December 1, 2021 subpoena was inadequate."

It's pretty funny, considering he said "We're gonna win so much, you may even get tired of winning".

Since becoming President (for one short term) he's done nothing but lose.

Popular votes.

The Senate.

The House.

The White House.

Court cases.

Appeals.

Everything - he just keeps losing  Smiley
