Alice Springs residents ‘leaving in droves’ because they ‘no longer feel safe’

Residents in the town of Alice Springs are leaving in droves because they no longer feel safe amid the high rate of crime, according to Alice Springs Mayor Matt Paterson.

Mr Paterson said the community wasn’t ready for the alcohol ban to be lifted.

“We need to go and introduce alcohol management plan straight away, and we also need more resources such as police and health workers in hospital,” he told Sky News Australia.

“When I say people are leaving in droves, they are also police and health.

“Those two services are completely under-resourced, so if something does continue to go wrong, then you know who knows what will happen.”

Told yez all way ago - it's ethnic cleansing Abo style.... just torment everyone while the government sits on its arse and makes soft cooing noises about their victimhood and how you can't steal 'em away to safety or slip 'em in prison for some vile crime, and everyone will leave and you just take it all back.

I say cut the roads and leave 'em to it for three months.... the decaying corpses would be pretty hard to handle though.... send in the garbage trucks to clean 'em all up and dump 'em offshore somewhere....

Yes ... & without foreign aid that place will end up another 3rd world shytehole with people starving.

As far as I'm concerned any white Sth Africans or white Zimbabweans(not that there's many left) that want in to Australia should be welcomed with open arms.

They may at least be skilled ... in business, trades or agriculture .... unlike most of the immigrants we've had in the past decade plus.
