It was in New Mexico, wasn't it?

They have some of the weakest gun laws in the country.

I'm guessing just about everybody on set had a gun either in their car, caravan, or back pocket.

I have been around Horses and Firearms all my life since I was a boy.

The Gun is always loaded and the Horse always kicks.

If a gun goes off when in your hands - it is on you - end of story.

Baldwin is a Lefty wanker who is anti-gun but glorifies guns in his movies.

That is absolute hypocrisy but he will be sent to the slammer for this - for no other reason that his is a Dick

The Entertainment Industry is immune to American gun laws as well as those of many other Countries. What ever gun laws are imposed on the locals do not apply to movie makers. If it did revenue to the State from the film industry would be lost.

It is a matter of record that actors are trained to be familiar with the props they use, Baldwin is too good to attend. He was too experienced to bother, in his egotistical opinion. His recklessness as well as his bullying caused death and injury that day. After all his last words to her when asked for one more take, "I should just fu__ing shoot you" and surprise he did. That is reckless and even if the firearm was loaded with a blank the wad could have caused injury to anyone in front of the muzzle. He intended to frighten and intimidate the woman he killed, he just never meant to really kill her which is negligence and should earn him a lengthy stay in Prison! But in todays double standard America there are "rules for thee but not for me"! I'm sure he will be made into a victim by the courts.

NUP, not what they are saying. The Armourer loaded the gun from a box of blanks. They don't know who put live rounds in the box of blanks. This person hasn't been charged with anything.

That then becomes premeditated or conspiracy to murder.

And Gutierrez Reeds lawyer(& maybe you) had better learn the difference between DUMMY round & BLANK round....... they are not the same.

Dummy rounds go "click" - blank rounds go "bang".

Dummy rounds do not contain powder or a primer, blanks do.

A dummy round has a real bullet in it.

A blank has the brass crimped where the bullet would go.

A competent Armorer would know & should have picked the difference of a live round.
