Facts don't give a damn what colour your paint job is - and if a group has a massively higher rate of anything - that's just a fact.... if they kill one another more or bash one another more or engage in violent crimes of social crimes such as stealing more... that's just a set of fact .... get used to it and be part of the solution or remain the problem.
