New Secretary for DVA

Liz is on the way out.    On balance, I think she tried her best, even joining some of the Facebook DVA private pages to try and get the proper picture from the troops themselves.      Too many high level APS Staff with their own empire to protect to break through though.  In the end, I wish her well.     The new appointee doesn't sound promising - more a high level APS person moving up the chain in a portfolio for which it appears she has had no prior experience or even background knowledge.       I am sure the ESOs like the RSL will be waiting at the door with Choccies and Flowers to make her feel welcome
