From the real time photos(some are when the house was first moved there) you cannot see any brickwork to cover tunnels under the house.

Not saying they may not have had a bunker somewhere.

Bingo!

There was bad blood btwn the Trains and the Police.

Lots of incidents spanning a 20 yr period in fact! So I guess things reached boiling point.

During the latter part of that 20 year period ... Covid19 (and incessant lockdowns) took place ADDING more pressure to the boiling point.

The Trains like the rest of Australia went online. There they linked up with others who could identify with their issues.

These interactions further entrenched/validated their beliefs.

Over time .... these views progressed to a point where they decided to take "action".

Media dramatising the story again.
The house had previous occupants so it had to be plumbed into septic and water back then.
As for the power, sure, they may well have installed the panels and a battery but like you say, 8 panels will do farrkk all.

I am going through exactly this right now in a coastal town, up your way actually, just north of Rainbow Beach.
