Not so. The flag was designed specifically for the Aboriginal land rights movement.
Its copyright is currently held by The Commonwealth of Australia, with all royalties
from the copyright being transferred to the National Aborigines and Islanders Day

It is representative of nothing but the bloke's idea, as pinched from Europeans, of national symbolism. It's as kitschy and shallow as Disneyland.
This is such an absurd comment that it's a waste of time responding to it.
