But Greggy baits people into off topic rubbish while denigrating them
and then when they reply in an unfavorable way he dobs them in
and gets them banned.

Qatar 1  Senegal 3 -  a good game -
but the hosts are almost certainly out of the competition.

England to win the World Cup in my opinion.
Or it will be a minnow nation that hasn't won it before.

FIFA World Cup 2022 TUN v AUS

7:30PM - 11:30PM

CC

Tunisia vs Australia
at Al Janoub Stadium,

Al Wakrah, Qatar. Hosts Richard Bayliss and Niav Owens will be joined by guests, including football analysts Mark Bosnich, Craig Foster and Sarah Walsh. Commentary from David Basheer.
Kick-off at
9.00pm (AEDT).

As an aside -
does anyone else think that some of the play is a bit suspicious?

I mean - so many easy goal shots right in front of the nets are mostly missed -
some that I think I could have kicked in -
not something that a multi million dollar striker should miss -
even simple low speed headers are also missed.
I am wondering if there is some gambling money affecting the outcomes?    Embarrassed

I saw Kylian Mbappé play this morning as
France played Denmark and won 2 to 1.
He's only 23 years old.
How much is he paid per annum?

https://psgtalk.com/2022/08/report-messi-neymar-and-mbappes-wages-for-2022-2023-...

Paris Saint-Germain has built quite a superteam over the years, with Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos being the club’s latest big-money acquisitions. PSG did not have to post a transfer fee to acquire either player, but it needed to agree to hefty contract deals in order to bring them in.

Overall, as noted by Football Reference, PSG has the three highest-paid players in world football today with Kylian Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar.

Mbappe will earn an astounding €90.91 million (gross) for this season
,
while Messi is set to haul in €63.64 million (gross).

On the other hand, Neymar will be earning a €56.36 million (gross) salary for the ongoing campaign, and he has already proved that he deserves to earn such wages thanks to his eight total goal contributions recorded in PSG’s opening three fixtures of the new season.

More so, Sergio Ramos will be the seventh highest-paid player in the sport today due to his €27.27 million (gross) salary.

The expectations for these four players are quite high to lead PSG to a treble-winning campaign this season.

The Outrageous $1.6 Billion Difference
Between Australia & France’s World Cup Teams

...

There was never really much doubt that Australia was entering Qatar’s 2022 FIFA World Cup as underdogs, especially considering the Socceroos are scheduled to face the reigning champions in France during their very first match. But a viral infographic recently published by Fox Sports has only highlighted the sheer disparity between both national squads.
France 2022 World Cup Team Market Value

    Kylian Mbappe: $246 million
    Christopher Nkunku: $123 million
    Aurelien Tchouameni: $123 million
    Kingsley Coman: $92 million
    Ousmane Dembele: $92 million
    Jules Kounde: $92 million
    Theo Hernandez: $84 million
    Dayot Upamecano: $77 million
    William Saliba: $77 million
    Eduardo Camavinga: $77 million
    Total: $1.66 billion

https://www.foxsports.com.au/football/world-cup/fifa-world-cup-2022-socceroos-vs...

The France squad, according to transfermarkt.com,
has a eye-watering total value of 1.08 billion Euros ($A1.66 billion) –

more than a billion dollars more than the Socceroos,
which totals 38.4 million Euros ($A59m).
