i try never to read these stories because they are "click bait" designed to fuel "outrage"

big tech have discovered that "outrage" is what sells best to customers on the internet.

its what people vibe with

people COULD vibe with awesome stories of success and accomplishment.

but for the person who is beaten down, a loser, a victim, full of self pity, a positive story of success makes them want to throw up.

they like that diet of junk news like they like their junk food.

anything that makes them feel outraged , they vibe with.

the best idea is to stop seeing yourself as a human and see yourself as an entity.
an entity like an awesome party or an awesome garden.

when the internet floats these sort of stories out there , they are really like a weed trying to get into your garden.

you have to have strong boundaries.

you have to have the ability to say "what else" and recognise "opportunity cost"

if you decide to read this garbage , a story from the other side of the world that you would NEVER have known about except the internet recognised it as good click bait, then you upset your mental equilibrium and your brain goes down , deeper into outrage, anger, negative emotions and becoming a loser.

next time you see some clickbait from colorado (a place most people couldnt even locate on a map) go hit the gym or go for a run or walk your dog or listen to some mozart and calm your mind and realise you dont want to waste your life being played by the big tech/ big media BS which wants to infect your mind with weeds for its own financial gain.
