Do you think this means anything relevant ?

1. Is it really true or just meant to ease the charges ? It puts doubt of the charges related to hate crime.

2. 12 months ago during their hostage event they were using the pronoun he in reference to themselves.

3. They were part of an extreme right abusive religious Mormon family.

There is still more to come out on this topic needed to reach a firm position and yes his / their current claimed status may be convenient more than factual.

Remember this guys / unidentified' s grandfather is an extreme Trump - election denying once recently elected politician and that he was brought up by his grandparents because his parents were not stable enough and too violent to maintain custody.

I do not see that this guys claim to be a Mx has a lot of relevance even if true.

Being Mx could be a driver for this type of hate crime, their religious identity and teaching would be in extreme conflict with this identity. they could easily be disgusted by their self and others like them. It does not really mitigate or change anything or any likely external drivers. Their self hate could easily be reinforced by Tucker and co and they are very likely Trump supporters as well.

Not sure that anyone has claimed that he is gay at all.

Funny thing is that his father was extremely happy to find out that he isn't gay, he didn't seem to mind that much about killing 5 people though. Not sure how his father concluded that he isn't gay either.

The father hasn't seen his kid since 2011 he was told he died in 2016.
The estrangement has been widely reported was this a result of the kid being a pronoun using poofter?
