what excactly did they think was going to be the scenario?

rape brings up images of a guy in a ski mask grabbing a chick on her way home from work and holding a knife to ther throat. that guy deserves 30 years.

but an athlete (haynes or this guy) , a lengthy jail term if they are convicted seems harsh.

maybe we need a new term for it,
when youre a star a lot of women want you to take control.

trump said this and it didnt disqualify him from becoming president so a star who takes control might not think he is doing anything wrong.

do sportsmen need to take the team lawyer to every liason to gain written consent.

her body , her choice.

though i note many sportstars take the condom and flush it to prevent women using it later to impregnate themselves.

Drake, the rapper , has been assaulted by crazy groupies more then once for refusing to hand over the condom.

Yes...the definition has been changed from the days when rape meant....rape......not the mere non-consensual of, for example, a tongue into someone else's mouth.

I have no idea why it was changed. The old definitions of rape, carnal knowledge, indecent assault worked quite well in my day.
