The food companies provide misleading labeling in order
to get their victims addicted to sugar which will ultimately ruin their lives.
The packaging makes out that their food is wholesome and nutritious
when in fact it's poison.
The brain has circuits that reward us for sugar but it also
means that we don't burn the fat stored in our bodies so
the weight piles on - even leading to diabetes as well.

It's evil.

Criticising Magda for hosting a documentary on health is a bit harsh. If you have a history of health problems, you are more likely to know what you did wrong and be motivated to warn others.

She's busy counting how many krispy kreme donuts she'll have for breakfast.

The first one is 3x20 minutes in a sauna punctuated by a cool plunge.
The second one is 30 minutes on the assault bike.
I've already done 15k steps, and will take the dog for an hour walk after dinner (which will be strictly 1500 calories.

Has Magda EVER done this much in a day?
