My guess with Magda is she eats about 3000 calories a day with little exercise. She has the cumulative effect of bad choices.

Today is me rest day from HARD exercise but I still managed 20000 steps and I'm eating just 1900 calories Cool

Yes, im hungry but it will pass. I won't eat a thing until 6pm tomorrow and I'm planning a 2 hr ruck with 20kgs and an hour of sauna/cool plunge. I'll eat less than 2000 calories tomorrow. That's my normal Wednesday routine. What's Magda up to?
