Have no idea what's for dinner.

When the missus says dinner is ready i will find out  Smiley

I wish I had a cook!   Cry

Tonight I just made a quick garlic parmesan cream sauce and tossed some pasta in lol.  I'm not that big on pasta so, no, I didn't make my own.

I'm coming for dinner at your place.    Smiley

Had one of our lazy dinners

Rolled oats in a bowl, pour in some boiling water. That cooks the oats.
Add some yoghurt, berries, presoaked Freekah grains and Chia seeds.

Pretty nice, light on the tummy

The pizza was good but I feel a bit heavy, probably because I don't usually eat wheat.

So - what did brave sir Bobby have for his Xmas dinner this year?
I chose what I've had a few times lately again as it has always been exceptional -
lamp chops with Dijon mustard, mushrooms and Mediterranean salad.
the chops were seared both sides at high temperature and
then the pan turned off to slowly cook them.
They were still slightly pink right in the center.  Yummy.    Smiley

I only ate the meat -
the fat was chopped up into tiny pieces up and given to the magpies the next day.   Smiley
