Fry pan, EVOO

Sliced clove or three of garlic into the fry pan.

When it starts to sizzle add 1-2 onions sliced or chopped. Cook 5-10 minutes.

Add can of passata or whole peeled tomatoes (these can be fresh.) Plenty parsley stems chopped fine.

Let cook down, add tom. paste to thicken, bring plenty salted water to the boil, add pasta. Let cook 8-10 minutes (depends on taste and type (thickness) of pasta then transfer with a bit of the water to the sauce, stir in.

Serve covering each portion with chopped parsley leaves and thickly with Italian Parmesan or similar cheese. Eat.

Easy.

That's it -
next time I'm in Tassy -
I'm inviting myself to your place for dinner.    Smiley

Do you remember how filthy his rug was in the pic he posted?

I wouldn't eat anything from his kitchen.

Monk is Bernard King

Personal life
King was gay and had many lovers.[4] His biographer, Stephanie Clifford-Smith, says "Fidelity wasn't top of his list"
