The result is delicious, and I’m prepared to claim it as the perfect mountains pub meal, and for $20.

My dinner was young leeks, trimmed, cut in half longways, arranged in a roasting pan or shallow casserole, drizzled with EVOO then sprinkled with cheese and baked at 180°C for 20 minutes.

A side dish, but I was the only one eating so made it my meal. Make sure the leeks are tender and eat them, preferably off a plate not the roasting dish.

Very tasty!
