Well considering there was another SA Farmer who turned his property into a 'wild' paradise with wetlands and canals and made profit with it. His surname, if I remember was 'Andrews'.
He was charged the largest fine by EPO's of $500,000.
His surrounding 'neighbours' farms were more barren and of less profit.
Andrews at the time was also making money from bus loads of tourists visiting his wild and natural property that was productive. I remember this from a long ago Landline episode.
As for the Fenton Farm - well it seems to be doing ok with its advantages.
