It's a failure - nobody can possibly understand WHY AlboGroup have decided on the policy directions they have - and their apparent total lack of actual intelligent input, let alone control, over who gets to immigrate here is because it is principally run by affirmative actioned public servants - who come from three specified groups, and have done for over forty years now.
'women, those from a non-English speaking background, and Aboriginal and Torres Straits Islanders' ... you may add in - increasingly - 'those who are physically or neuro-diverse or gender diverse' ....

So - different issue - who actually gets to decide - on the ground - who gets to come here?
In a VERY few cases - Embassy staff - many of whom are drawn from the very 'culture' and language groups who they will be processing; locally contracted in-culture individuals who accept and recommend people for immigration here; and again - at the home end (on the home front of immigration), the same groups over and over.... more than often there on the basis of their speaking the language of the country these people are coming from.

What on Earth is behind this mad immigration, and all the accompanying policy thrusts of disintegration and destruction of the Australian way? Is it purely Albanese's madness from the big kids at school taking his lunch money, or calling him Wog boy or something?
