Karmilla Harris said january 6 was a day that ranked with pearl harbour and 9/11 in terms of significance.

what a joke

a few guys , many of whom walked into the capitol when the security opened the silk ropes and then took selfies .

an "insurrection" Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

try to get some perspective.

and the FBI have admitted they had agents in with the crowd acting as agent provacateurs .

thats what really needs investigating

How many died in BLM protests, dear? We'll do a compare and contrast.

5 on Jan 6, versus a string of rallies around the world.

You're good with numbers. How many was it?

A few guys took selfies folks. Nothing to see here.

Nobody dies. Nobody threatened to kill the VP, nobody was injured, nobody was injured, certainly, so badly their careers were ended, nobody demanded by force the overriding of a multi-times proven legitimate election outcome.

All set up and fuelled by an outgoing POTUS, no less.

There is something very wrong with anyone who thinks that wasn't one of the darkest days of the US.

But of course. Those sentences dished out to so-called violent offenders are really unfair, Mother. How many so far?

895.

Why It's Called Made In America
Principles to Live By - 1942
1.  You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
2.  You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong
3.  You cannot help the poor man by destroying the rich.
4.  You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
5.  You cannot build character and courage by taking away man's initiative and independence.
6.  You cannot help small men by tearing down big men.
7.  You cannot lift the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer.
8.  You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than your income.
9.  You cannot establish security on borrowed money.
10  You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they will not do for themselves.

10 commandments right there

They are just a few commonsense, positive, life values aquascoot.
[they are not nearly as good, FOR US, as the real 10 commandments - in Exodus 20, imo      Cool     ]

But my guess, is that you would be hard pressed to find the teaching of such commonsense life values [opinions?] in schools in any 1st world nation today.

Today, our schools, it seems to many, are want to teach about...
1/ encouraging 'tolerance' and acceptance [of those who are 'different' from ourselves - no matter how 'different', THE BEHAVIOUR, of others may be],
and
2/ and [in their class time], to encourage children to examine their personal gender 'reality' [i.e. schools seem to want, to encourage feelings of gender dysphoria in students who may already be psychologically susceptible to such thoughts].

[that is 'incubating' in children, for a serious mental illness, imo.    it is evil, imo]

Gender dysphoria
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_dysphoria

incubate = =
1 (of a bird) sit on (eggs) in order to keep them warm and bring them to hatching.
2 develop (something, especially an infectious disease) slowly without outward or perceptible signs.

You really think that both pearl harbour and 9/11 were nothing burgers ? I think most would disagree they are both right up there with an insurrection by American traitors.

But of course. Right after security removed the velvet ropes to usher them in to take their selfies.

Oh - and the big fella was just spitballing.

Actually, Pearl Harbour and 9/11 never reached the US Capitol. Neither were existential threats to the US Republic.

Jan 6 came close to overturning democracy in the US. If Mike Pence had left the building as the Secret Service tried to get him to do, if Nancy Pelosi was taken out as leader of the House, if Mitch McConnell had capitulated, the US would be a different country today.

The big fella had a game plan. All it required was a couple of people to make a different split-second decision, and America would now be in the big fella's hands - for good. This is why the White House call logs and Secret Service texts are missing from that day.

One thing we know: they're no longer sitting in those boxes retrieved from Mar a Lago.

Xi or Putin have them now. All's well that ends well, no?

What's a lynched VP? What's a dead house speaker? What's a few hundred nerds with guns?

They weren't there to shoot the big fella. He went home to watch it on TV.

You?

At least 25.

Damage? $1 billion-plus riot damage is most expensive in insurance history

"Mostly peaceful" = 25 dead, damage due to arson,  vandalism, looting into the billions. And that's  just in the US.
