Under the ‘Family Protection Action Plan’, a woman younger than 40 who is getting married for the first time can receive a $35,000 interest-free, general-purpose loan. If her family goes on to have three children, the loan is forgiven. Equally, student loans are also decreased with children. After the third child, they are completely wiped. Paid parental leave is provided for three years, among other measures.

As the President explained last week, the government has recently announced another tranche of family-friendly reforms. The five goals include promoting the advantages of raising children, government incentives supporting home-building, giving mothers priority ‘as the pillars of family policy’, and turning the entire country’s operation in a family-friendly direction and protecting families via legislation.

I don't know about cash being the motivator.

Some of these Eastern European countries go against every current Lefty/pwogwessive ideological piety, like open borders, cultural equivalences, anti-family, anti-Christian animus, gueering and gender confusion, climate hysterics and the rest. I suspect they have had centuries of ideological impositions, most recently from the the lefty empire of the Soviet. They seem very reluct want to toe the lefty line so soon after freeing themselves from the clutch of it.
One of the main reasons for Brexit was the recognition that Brussels and the EU are the new Moscow and Soviet.

Fair points. But I think it goes back further. Birth rates declined in every Western country in the 1970s. I don't think they've been at replacement levels since the 1970s. This was the boomer generation. Whatever ideas about children and breeding they had, has been handed down to the proceeding generations.

It was around this time that postmodernism starts, and the guilt complex regarding history. Additionally, increasing atomisation has not helped.
