remember how big india is, 1.5 billion people, if india's av IQ is about 85 then you can do the math yourself on how many high IQ people that can produce

85 (average) (+15) 100 (top 15%) (+15) 115 (top 2%)

2% of 1.5 billion = 30m~

15% of 1.5 billion (225 million or so)

so give or take assuming all these numbers are correct, that gives you a ball park of about 225 million indians in the world with about the same level of intellectual competency as the average european person

which is a f__kload of people, thats like half of the EU right there

so the smarter fraction of india can swamp the world and create the impression of  competency, while india itself remains a festering poo hole that's barely any better than nigeria

but that's definitely not what is happening in australia, all of the actually smart indians are moving to the usa these days (why wouldn't they top end salaries are far better there and cost of living is also lower), we get all the reject trolleypushers and shitkickers now; none of them seem especially competent to me

but i agree they're not super problematic (in terms of crime, social discord etc) like say sub saharan africans are

theyre quite anomalous in that respect; they dont seem to be that especially taken to aggression or brutality, but they are extremely perverted

best way to put it is theyre sex pests, not thugs

i'm sure they're overrepresented in crimes like rape, sexual assault etc, but not at all in violent acts that involve physically overpowering another person (especially a man)

which makes it all the more ironic and funny that 9  out of 10 security guards in australia nowadays are indian, imagine hiring some 5'2 tamil guy to guard your business

i do think the thing about indians is that they are kind of just viscerally gross to a lot of ppl and generally unlikable

they absolutely do stink like sh1t

talk to any woman about it

least charismatic people of all time

any party that proposes capping / ending migration of them would win office for the rest of all time and garner widespread popular support, including from some indians here as well

unfortunately i think any scheme like that would be very unstable in any sort of liberal democracy that allows women to vote, it will be inevitable before someone starts proposing we extend the stay of these people or allow them to live permanently with full working/voting rights etc and then we're right back where we started

think about it, youd have four corners or the abc showing up at the work camps to expose the APPALING conditions, 65+ year old cat lady twitter hags will be crying about it and the business lobby will be diving  on the whingefest (with the ultieror motive of unlocking infinite foreign cheap labor)

this stuff works in gulf emiris bc they dont care about human rights and are outright ethnosupremacists, brainwormed modern democracies like australia dont have the political structure or the collective stomach for effective foreign wagie slavery, though i do appreciate the sentiment (but i never thought slavery was as ethically problematic as contemporaneously believed)

i think indians have some natural advantages moving forward,

the WEF and the council of davos have virtually stated that we will be expected to live in high rises, share public transport, be crowded in cities because thats the only way to save the planet  .

aussies are used to back yards, a big suv, going jet skiing, driving to cairns for the winter

indians are used to living in crammed quarters. they run on the smell of an oily rag
they are ambitious and they can work hard
and they speak english.and a crowded commute is no big issue

they are better suited to what our overlords have in stall for us
