Anyone familiar with Colt SAA clones knows the hammer will not fall without something inside the trigger guard. Since there are no mention of mechanical issues it is clear he is liar. Originally it was stated that when he was told they needed one more take he said "I should just f*#king shoot you" drew the "prop gun", pointed it, cocked the hammer and pulled the trigger. The joke was on him, rather then a loud noise and both of his victims losing control of their bodily functions one fell dead and the other gravely wounded. The law calls that negligent homicide and that is what he needs to be charged and convicted with!

The only difference between a Communist and a Democrat is the spelling.
