of course we are all in cults.

here are a few of the rules of ryan holliday, a benevolent cult leader

maybe the lefty intellectuals could incorporate them .

Focus on what you can control.

You control how you respond to things.

Ask yourself, “Is this essential?”

Meditate on your mortality every day.

You are the product of your habits.

Own the morning.

Don’t suffer imagined troubles.

Never be overheard complaining…even to yourself.

Don’t compare yourself to others.

“The best revenge is not to be like that.” Marcus Aurelius

Learn something from everyone

Focus on process, not outcomes.

Find a way to love everything that happens (Amor fati)

Seek out challenges.

Don’t follow the mob.

Study the lives of the greats.

Make a little progress each day.

Prepare for life’s inevitable setbacks (premeditatio malorum)

Associate only with people that make you better.

If someone offends you, realize you are complicit in taking offense.

Don’t make your problems worse by bemoaning them.

The obstacle is the way.

All good advice, dear. And last, but not least, do not join any cults.

If a Dear Leader tells you fibs, seeks your obedience and tries to get you to drink the Kool Aid:

BAN HIM.

KILL HIM.

CESTERETE HIM.

It doesn't matter whether he's a "noble righty" or a despicable "leftie". Turn your back on such a one. Repeat this InVoCaTiOn:

Devil begone: back to the depths of hell from whence thy came! We don't want you here!

It is so so be it so it is.

Forgiven.

I did not manage to do the 7km ruck. I got about 500 metres from home and found that my shoulder was unusually sore. I switched to a 4km ruck, where (at the halfway point) I sat at a bus stop for an hour playing a mobile phone game. 7 degrees in the morning and I am just literally chilling. I got up after and continue home. I put my tv show on. I had some kiwi fruit, oranges, and then a bowl of rolled oats. I actually washed down my medication with some Metamucil. So far, I am not clenching my butt cheeks together holding on for a number 2.

I do hope that medication wasn't brought to you by Pfizer. And try to stay away from the Metamucil, okay?

Sleepy Joe takes that. It might be best to take some Ivermectin instead - it's better for you.

incorrect.

the number of doses of ivermectin given to horses in the last decade is approximately 400,000.

the number of doses given to humans is 45,000,000

over 100 times as much use in humans as in horses.

I say, dear, while your use of numbers is compelling, it always begs the question:

Wherever do you get them?

Wonder no more, leftards.

white flag accepted

In 1987 Merck & Co. Inc. committed to donate ivermectin for as long as needed to control human onchocerciasis. Subsequently, more than 2 billion treatments have been distributed in 29 countries throughout sub-Saharan Africa and in 6 countries in Latin America

Ten countries in the world have a horse population of more than a million, with the total global equine population estimated at 58 million, according to a report compiled by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAOSTAT). New Zealand horse numbers, for 2006, are estimated at 77,000, and Australia’s at 221,000.

most horses would never see a dose of ivermectin
and to get to 2 billion (the number of human doses given just on one program), they would each have to have 40 doses.

so, can we agree, ivermectin is a human drug with a small usage in animals .

Ee-gad, dear, this is your most detailed post ever - you've even estimated the global horse population. Just imagine, it took a mere recommendation for de-worming tablets by Dear Leader three years ago, and you're still spruiking Ivermectin.

Now that you mention miracle cures, Alex Jones is putting the hat around for his First Amendment defence fund. There's an amazing teeth whitening mouthwash you might be interested in. Or a miracle turmeric supplement, all FDA approved, and every cent goes to protect our freedoms.

4/Propaganda is just as effective in the modern day as it was 100 years ago. Access to limitless information has not made the average person any wiser, no?

It said "AstraZeneca" on the box. So, I guess not Pfizer.

The oatmeal and Metamucil combination took a good 12 hours before it suddenly kicked in. If I was downstairs when it happened, I might have not made it in time.

Best not to take it, Rocky. The Superior Man avoids his Deep State medication.

Can you get some Ivermectin instead?

Interesting to note that we have a thread on fat shaming, but none on
skinny shaming.  Why is that?  I also note that skinny older women often
suffer from osteoporosis, whereas overweight chubby women seldom do.
A post-menopausal BMI of less that 22 is a recipe for the bone-weakening
disorder.

And surprisingly, a lot of people of both genders considered 23-year-old
Swedish model Linn Strömberg attractive.   WTF?     Seriously?

...

My opinion?  From the neck down she's butt ugly.

horses, motorbikes, surfboards, skateboards.

it demonstrates a certain degree of courage and an ability to face down fear and be up for a challenge.

beta men tend to display courage by attacking others online.
this actually requires no courage but their croc brain makes them think they are being brave.

why else do you think they do it, except to get a little dopamine spike.
in any world other then a virtual world (like this forum) they probably would not have the spine to do it.

i'd like to see future the left want or marla or mustafa say things to my face.

now that would be very unlikely. their courage is fake.

hopping on a horse or skateboard (or a bull which i have done twice)...you cant fake that  Grin Grin Grin
