What's the cost of manufacturing the Mercedes's battery, and its
replacement cost? And what about its disposal and/or recycling costs?

I can do that on one tank of petrol in my Mitsubishi Colt. For a tiny
fraction of the cost/km.

The battery cost etc - who knows?
This was an experimental, research car but Mercedes is a serious company
so I would expect this technology to make it to the market
and at a reasonable cost.
