It I'd begotten someone like him, I'd rightly regard myself a failure as a parent.

Does there need to be 'something in it'? And what's 'in it' for you if you don't? You don't need to wear your support on your sleeve - there is such a thing as tacit support. But equally you can be NON-supportive but not necessarily make a cnut of yourself over it. An example of which would be women with tattoos - I find it a turn-off and would not date or marry a heavily-tattooed woman. BUT - I don't rant about it at every opportunity, or abuse or shame women who do choose to go that route. Nor do I insist that others share my views on the matter.

Nothing really tangible, I guess. But I do have a couple of friends who are trans women, and it's nice to know that they know that I've got their backs and do not judge them.

NO-ONE is forcing drugs on them.

They can decide whether or not they are truly 'trans' without blocking puberty first and letting things take their course ..... sounds more natural and rational to me... why block their development at all? Crazy if you ask me.

If they are naturally pre-disposed to be 'trans', then surely that will develop along with their progression through puberty???????? Am I right???????

WHY do they need to have their puberty process blocked in order to work out what they are sexually? They can do that by the natural process already in hand...... No guff about 'gender' in its distorted current non-meaning.
