Women like men who smell 'clean' and nice. It shows a woman that you are a man who takes pride in personal hygiene and well-being. That is the first step towards confidence in oneself with all humbleness, not competitiveness.
If you do like a woman - never be afraid to compliment her on something, but it only works if you are sincere about it. Women are not stupid unless you just want a 'stupid' one for sex and well, things spiral downwards, rather than upwards with that in mind.
I'm sure Aqua could provide some really good positive advice along with this.
I would also add that Yogurt is good for the skin complexion and I've had feedback from a few guys of whom I've helped along the way.
